How to delete my Geovelo's account ?

You can decide at any time to delete your account from your personal space. All data linked to your Geovelo activity will then be permanently deleted from our database.

Before deleting your account, you can download all the data linked to your account in your personal information.

On the application

Login to your account
Then click on Profile.
Select Settings at the top right of the screen
Select Preferences
Select Delete my account at the bottom of the screen.

On the website

Once logged into your account, click on My profile.
Then go to the Data tab.
At the bottom of the page, select Delete my account.

If you have lost access to your account, use the Forgot password function to reset your password and access your personal space.
