How to report an incoherence in a route ?

On the website:

To report an inconsistency in a route, click on "More details" when a route is calculated.

Then click on "Report a problem with this route" by clicking on the green button with an exclamation point.

Finally, describe or draw the inconsistency before submitting your report.

If you are on Android:

To report an inconsistency in a route, swipe up the white panel when your trip is calculated.

Then click on "Report a problem".

Finally, describe the issue before sending your report.

If you are on iOS:

To report an inconsistency in a route, swipe up the white panel when your trip is calculated.

Then click on Issue with the route.

Finally, describe the issue before sending your report.
